Due to hygiene and product safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair care products, accessories, or items once they have been shipped.

This ensures that all customers receive only fresh, unopened, and unused products.

✔ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can help.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by USPS, UPS, or any carrier.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly with tracking information.

We will always do our best to assist you, but shipping issues are beyond our control.
